Isolated renal hydatid cyst is rare and patient may present with nonspecific symptoms. The diagnosis and staging of renal hydatid cysts rely heavily on imaging. Serology is also useful in the diagnosis of hydatid disease. Renal Hydatid disease is primarily treated surgically.
